The author Richard Bolles presents the latest studies and perspectives on today's ever-changing job-market. I like how there is a version of his famed "Flower Exercise". This exercise helps to define who you are and what you want in your life and ideal job. This is a step by step manual that provides practical tips and helps you to write a impressive resume, cover letter, and network efficiently. This book will help you to interview with confidence and maybe even negotiate that well-deserved pay raise. There are featured proven strategies that are provided for finding a job even when there are none. The author shares in his book some advice that work and also advice on what doesn't work. His suggestions will drive some real results so rather if you are laid off or dreaming of a career change then I would suggest this guide to further pursue your dreams and fulfilling your dream job.
