Lunch Meat and Cheese Crescents

By Andrea Vitale July 5, 2018
  • 1/2 pound deli roast beef, thinly sliced or your preferred type of deli meat
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles. Top each crescent with 1/2 slice provolone cheese and deli meat.  Roll up crescents and place on baking sheet.  Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.

**These are a great concept. Advice do not use cheap lunch meat, too salty. I used more than it called for because it didn't didn't look like enough especially with the cheese. Also inside of crescent roll was moist after cooking from juices and oil from meat and cheese, going to have to figure out how to eliminate that. They are good though and will definitely make a repeat appearance on the menu. Another great idea for quick dinner or lunch
